The concierge program with Techo Bloc is great. We had a great success last year with it. I believe it's a great program and support for contractors (by the time they’re super busy handling the installation and managing Human Resources in their own businesses). Techo-Bloc handles the leads perfectly by filtering out the odd leads and keeping the good ones. It's not an easy task , but you guys are doing superb work!

The concierge service was amazing. It was a very positive experience, seamless from beginning to end. There were numerous touch base phone calls throughout the entire process. I truly felt if I did have a question or concern, all I would need to do is pick up the phone and call. The contractor and his team, also amazing. Justin and his brother Danny from Creative Design, along with their team, were extremely professional and a real pleasure to work with. The project proceeded every step of the way exactly as they said it would. Real talent from the design to the execution. Techo-Bloc is a quality material. We have used other material for various projects on the property and I would have to say, Techo-Bloc is far superior. Absolutely love the way it looks. I am so excited.

I was looking to replace an old wooden deck with something more durable.I came across the Techo-Bloc website and contacted the Concierge service. After answering a few questions online, I was contacted by Vanessa who informed me that 3 invitations for bids on my project. I decided on Terrassement Jo-Nic. Lorenzo and his crew were fantastic. There was an issue with colour with some of the stones and the very next day Lorenzo was able to get a new batch from Techo-Bloc. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.
